Axía Mineração S.A. owns five gold projects, situated in significant geological contexts, including orogenic gold deposits in thrust fault systems, occurrences associated with granitic intrusions (magmatic arc), granitic-greenstone domains, and transcurrent systems. Projects are classified into stages 2-5.

Gold is a precious metal occurring in various geological environments, primarily associated with hydrothermal deposits and quartz veins in shear zones. It can be found in metamorphic, igneous rocks and alluvial deposits. Its high density, malleability and corrosion resistance make gold a valuable and inert element, allowing it to occur naturally. Gold forms alloys with metals like silver and copper, and its scarcity in the Earth’s crust increases its demand and economic value
In the Brazilian economy, gold is a strategic asset driving development in mining regions. Its applications are diverse, spanning the electronics industry for connections and circuits, medicine for treatments and medical devices due to its biocompatibility, and aerospace for protecting electronic components from solar radiation.

SELECTION AND ACQUISITION OF AREAS
Identification of the main lithological units associated with known mineral occurrences and new discoveries. Selection of the study area.

GEOLOGICAL RECONNAISSANCE

Expedited reconnaissance and survey. Non-systematic sampling. Directing the methodology to find deposits.

FOLLOW UP I

Starts geochemical meshing and detailed geological mapping for target generation. Submission of Partial Research Report

FOLLOW UP II

Deepening of geochemical grids in the targets defined in the previous stage and detailing of geological mapping. Also geophysical surveys, wells and trenches, topography (Drone and RTK) and drilling planning.

DRILLING
Confirmation of the potential of subsurface mineralizations, development of a mineralization model.

RESOURCE DEFINITION

Experimental mining. Inferred Resources, metallurgical tests, preliminary economic study, and presentation of a positive report.
