Cookie Policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They make it possible to recognize the browser, remember preferences and measure page audience. We also use similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, for the same purposes and subject to this policy.
Categories we use
| Category | Consent | Typical duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Not required | Session to 12 months | Website operation, security, load balancing and language preference. Without them the website does not function properly. |
| Functional | Required | Up to 12 months | Remembering choices you have made, such as the selected language and data already entered in forms. |
| Performance and analytics | Required | Up to 24 months | Aggregated browsing statistics — most visited pages, source of access and time spent — to improve content and usability. |
We do not use behavioral advertising cookies
The website does not use cookies to build an advertising profile, nor does it share browsing data with advertising networks for that purpose.
How to manage your consent
- In the cookie notice: on your first visit, you choose which categories to accept. Your choice can be reviewed at any time through the same notice.
- In the browser: all browsers allow you to block, limit or delete cookies in their privacy settings. Consult the help section of the browser you use.
- Consequence of refusal: refusing non-necessary cookies does not prevent browsing, but may reduce functionality, such as remembering the chosen language.
Third-party cookies
Some pages may embed third-party content — such as videos or maps — that sets its own cookies when loaded. These cookies are governed by the policies of the respective providers. Where applicable, the loading of such content depends on your prior consent.
Your rights and validity
Data collected by cookies that allow you to be identified are personal data and are subject to the Privacy Policy, including with respect to the exercise of the rights provided for in article 18 of the LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law). Questions may be sent to dpo@axiaresources.com.br.
